Collaborated with the product manager and product marketing team to script and produce a customer-centric feature video for a key enhancement to the GPS Insight Fleet Tracking Map. Produced a feature video highlighting the Map History feature, demonstrating how fleets can efficiently intake, assign, and resolve complaints through a centralized system. The video walks through a real-world scenario—from initial complaint submission to resolution—emphasizing ease of use, transparency, and internal accountability.
My creative process begins with individual meetings with the product manager and product marketing to gather scope and context. I schedule a product demo if needed, then draft a short script (typically a one-pager) and storyboard for review. Once approved, I capture in-product screen recordings, record voiceover narration, and edit the video. After a final approval round, I publish the video for use across go-to-market and enablement channels.
